quicker preview of audio in V6?

Vegas 5 takes about a second to auto play a sample audio file when you're in the browser...can anyone tell me if V6 or 6a does this any faster? there are times when I'm previewing a few hundred music beds and time is money...seconds add up.

I was hoping for improved preview play in V6 but I, at least, did not get it
Does anyone know if there is a tweak to kick the preview out of its slumber?

Yeah it is mighty slow - very annoying. Even more irritating is the fact that if you check out the new Media Manager in 6, auto-preview there is very fast.

My workaround for the Explorer is to manually preview by hitting space, where play is bizarrely instantaneous, though you do risk repetitive strain injury with this method...

Sony - any chance of making the audio auto-preview in the Explorer as fast as the Media Manager?
