Quickest way to mirror the frame?

Seniors moment here I fear.
Simply want to do a left to right mirror of the video, nothing more complex than that. I can find a number of ways to make this happen e.g. fudge the Mirror FX but I seem to recall there was a simpler way to do this.

flip the video in the pan/crop? "F" should be backwards.

I spent quite sometime looking for how to make it do that, I was certain it was a preset, didn't think to RClick the thing did I.
