Raise volume only in a selection

Just realized I should have posted here instead of the video forum! :)

This is probably really easy to do, but I cannot figure it out. I have a selection in between two markers that I'd simply like to raise the volume on and not affect the other sections of the audio track,, JUST the selection..

Volume envelope is what you're after. Check the help for this, it's explained there nicely.

Did you try QuickEnvelope? http://www.rmtools.se

Unzip the files in a folder and start the script from the Tools -> Scripting menu in Vegas. To run scripts you need to have the Microsoft .NET framework installed.
