Raised text effect

I am trying to get an effect like what is shown here:

But, the link shown in the post is now dead, and I can't remember how to do this?

Idea is to have the text appear slightly raised up...

To make flat 2D text appear 3D, apply the Gaussian Blur “Light Blur” preset and then the Bump Map “Upper-Right Glow” preset. You can move the lighting direction to change the highlight or even animate over time to accentuate the 3D effect.

This tip works well for images as well as for text...
