RAM issues

Hi all, I currently have VEGAS Pro 19.0, and am having a lot of RAM issues. I have 32GB of DDR4 3200MHz ram, which is running at the correct speed, and Vegas constantly uses 94-96% of my RAM so I cannot do anything else on my pc while i am building a DR Preview of my edit. I do have video acceleration on, I have a 3070ti so I don't see why not. Is this a known issue?

@vibingdir This was noted before, some effects seem to increase & hold the RAM even after that project is closed, @Reyfox gets it, I don't know if he found a solution or a cause https://www.vegascreativesoftware.info/us/forum/vp18-vs-vp19-ram-usage-at-startup-of-same-project--136045/#ca849948

@Former user no solution and no patch.... I have to monitor RAM and when it gets too high, save and exit Vegas. Restarting and it's ok.

If you're having issues with the final build try 19.550.

The downside that I faces was any projects edited in B643 would not open in B550. So at the moment, I am still using B643.
