Pretty cool little app that might shed some light on Vegas memory issues.

Here's what I've been using (Process Explorer, also from Microsoft Sysinternals) and it replaces the kludgy Windows Task manager:

It shows you every program and process, how much RAM each is using and whether it's 32 or 64 bit. Further, it's greater for killing or suspending wayward or unwanted programs.
