Random blank/black frames on Vegas Pro 15

Like on the title, I have problem with black frames on preview and after render a video. That problem occure on every video in random density, sometime it is single frame, other times is 80% of the video.

I am using an OBS Studio to capture screen which working fine and allow me to have raw video in .mp4 or .mov formats, neither of them working properly on my Vegas, the black frames still occure on every film, every format and so on.

I have tried almost everything to fix that problem but nothing worked yet.

In video options set maximum number of rendering threads to 1.

Also, in project properties set pixel format to 8 bit.

Why do you (and all gamers too) think it's worth to work in an unnecessery high color range? For what you do 8 bit/channel (8 bit RGBA = 24 bit in total) is more than enough.

Update: Forgot to say, that make sure you capture to a constant frame rate video.
