Random Error when installing

I recently bought a new computer that includes an antivirus software, if that has anything to do with it. I’ve owned and used movie studio 16 platinum on a previous computers perfectly, but then whenever I try to download MS on my new laptop, I continuously receive an error that reads:

”ERROR: -2147163964 occurred during installation

Module C:\Program Files (x86)\VEGAS\Shared Plug-Ins\Audio_x64\sfppack1_x64.dll failed to register. HRESULT -2147010895. Contact your support personnel.”

I’m attempting to install version 16.0.0 (Build 175), and out of all 3 of the computers that I’ve downloaded movie studio, my new computer is the one that is having problems. Any tips on if there’s an issue on my end?
(This is not a Steam version)

You should only have ONE antivirus software running as they can cause conflict with each other. Also there's something in Windows Defender that can interfere. It may be in this which I read on the Magix Community Forum "If you are using Windows Defender do you have the Protected folders option turned off?"
