So I have about 20 clips that I've converted using Raylight to their "green" (high quality, DirectX) codec. I then went through each clip in Vegas and did some cropping and sound adjustments, and saved a .veg for each file.
That was yesterday. Today I come in a click on a .veg and it shows the "Check your raylight installation" error message on the video track. Now I can close Vegas, and relaunch it, and immediately click on the same .veg, and it loads fine. But as soon as I close that .veg and try and load another, I get the error message. So I have to close Vegas between opening each project.
My machine is Vista 64, but I'm running the 32-bit Vegas 8c.
Anyone else seeing this? Anyone figured out a better way of working around the problem? Or even better, a fix? Much thanks!
