Use your camcorder. All camcorders have video out. Most have video in. Connect the Camcorder to the computer with the firewire cable. Connect the camcorder to the VCR with the video cable. The instruction manual will show you how to make the necessary connections and which buttons to push. Some of this functionality is only available through the remote control on certain camcorders.
