great tips!! I also use the mixtreme's with vegas...very
good combination...

I many times like to route to the mixtreme I/O to mix on my
analog console, or recently, to mix on the mixtreme
console...I have a yamaha promix01 controlling the
mixtreme, and if I could figure a sensible app to record
the midi info, Id have a nice moving fader mix...

my big problem with doing it external to vegas, is the well
documented panning problem...
for instance, in order to send mono track one to mixtreme
mono channel 1, you must choose output bus soundscape
mixtreme 1 and 2 stereo pair....in order to ONLY go out to
mixtreme mono channel 1, you must pan track 1 left....very
LAME if you also want that channel to send to FX as it will
only go to the left side of that fx

I have begged and pleaded for a DX plug that just did mono
to stereo conversion, but alas no luck
