Re-intalling the software

I've had to re-install Windows Vista and need to re-install Vegas Platinum 10.

The download seems to take only a short amount of time, and I can't find it in the location it is said to download into.

What do I do now?

Download on another machine so you get the complete file. Or try clearing your cache on that machine.

Thanks for the idea.

However, I solved the problem by downloading the trial version and then registering the product.
