Hi

For a few early section I have Glow added as wll as Position & Shadow set. Later on I have a fade but, as it fades it quickly glows then fades almost like a flash. If the glow is turned off for the track then there is no problem.

I see that glow has to be on or off for the whole track (checked). To circumvent this I placed a keyframe here the fade begins, set it to hold and reduced the Intensity of the glow to zero but the flash effect still occurs. Can anyone offer a solution other than splitting the event and moving the section with the fade to another track.

I assume you've added the glow to text?

Are you seeing this effect after its rendered?

To get a clue as to whats happening I'd go over the fade frame by frame.

I've had the odd wierd thing like that with multitrack composites but when I looked carfully I realised it was doing exactly what I'd told it to do.

I found that you have to keyframe the glow in and out. Not the way it should be, I'd say this is a bug.
