Is there a way totemporarily do this without resetting each one? I want to make adjustments without the keyframes then re-introduce them.

The Shadow & Glow have tick boxes.

Cheers.

Create a new, non-keyframed track adjacent to your keyframed track. Then use the 8 and 2 keys to pop your media up or down between them.
