Wow, that was quick.

But I was refering to video rather than audio. Have I used the correct term for the noise you see when the TV isn't correctly tuned to a channel. I know I could capture it but that is a bit of a problem at the moment.

I've generated staic in V4 using the TV simulator. Just start with some grey or white generated media, then apply the TV simulator and crank up the static bar, and play with the other setting to get the desired effect.
