From what I read, your Flip Video camera records MPEG-4 files. You may not have a MP4 codec on your PC.

Downloading/installing Quicktime Player 7 may give you that codec so your files can be used by VMS.

Another route would be to convert your MP4 files to AVI with SUPER

If your name is 'MSmart' mine must be MStupid ;) I can't figure out how to download 'Super' it just takes me from loop to loop, but I can't find where or how to get the silly program to just download. Thanks. M..........Cin.

That Supere site is one of the most difficult sites I have seen to find the download. The above link takes you to a page. Scroll to the veryt bottom and there is another link. About 2/3 the way down there is another link that says 'Download and Use'. That takes you to a third page where you scroll to the very bottom and there are several different mirror sites to download this very useful program.
