Real Media to avi

Can I import Real Media files into Vegas and convert them to AVI fies? Or is there some freeware that can do this?

Can't do it in Vegas 'cause it's illegal. Can't do it in RealPlayer 'cause Real doesn't want you to, and makes it illegal. Google for "Real Alternative" as i think this is supposed to be able to handle it, but it's illegal to do it.
