I use Dynapel's SH when I want "steadier" footage on my V timeline.
OK, I have a 16:9 PAL project. It's going fine. I have washed some footage thru' SH. It comes out 4:3 with Black Bars down each side. Now to "fill" back out to 16:9 I've noticed that the Properties>Media>Pixel Aspect Ratio has been converted to 4:3 - BUT I DO have an option to GO to 16:9. When I select this: 1.4568 (PAL DV Widescreen) : it would appear that the Steadied footage has refilled to 16:9.
Reality Check: Am I right in thinking and seeing this? Is THIS the correct thing to do?
Yes of course a tripod would have been the CORRECT thing - failing that, changing the Properties of this new Steadied Footage, is this correct? Looks right to my eyes.
TIA,
Grazie
