Recapture Offline Media

In Vegas 5, right click indicates "recapture all offline media" Clicking doesn't do a damn thing!

Shouldn't it work?

If you have the Media in the Media Pool already, then no it wont. Do you have the Media in the Media Pool Already?

However, you can Recapture - I just did it - and it used my VidCap programme that I originally used to capture the clip. It went of and asked for the tape, I duly placed this in the Deck, it then whizzed throught the tape, found the beginning and end and then went about Recapturing. If you have had a need to Refapture Offline media this works .. well it works for me.

It appears to be working for one project but not for another. No indications of problems or activity. I may have recapture the complete tape.

Do you have the .sfvidcap file for the project that's not working?
