I have an old project that I need to recapture some footage from. Several segments are very long but I only need the sections that were used in the final project. I know I can recapture the long clips and do a Save As and selcect Copy & Trim to just get the sections I want. But without having to do that, is it possible just to recapture the sections that are on the timeline only?
