Recommend a good "audio for video" book?

Is there a good book that deals with "audio for video" for beginners?

I highly recommend Producing Great Sound for Digital Video by Jay Rose. In addiition to that you can ask follow up questions on the forum in which he participates at DV.com

There is also the Sound Forge 7 book, which while product specific, also has a GREAT deal of audio for video information.\

Also, the VASST DVD on Forge has a lot of additional information.

2 DVD9s with quite a bit of overall coverage.
Jay's book is excellent too, although a lot of it doesn't deal as directly with audio for video as it could regarding the tools of today. Still, it's a lot less specific than Jeffrey's book and DVDs are.
