Recommend DV & Analogue Capture Card

I need to buy a new capture card, I am currently only running a compliant firwire card and need both DV and analogue in/out. What is a good card for use with VV3, I have been recomended (by non SF users) the Pinnacle 500+ or a Dazzle DVnowAD.

The Sony unit is out of production. Maybe they're introducing a new model? I use a Data Video DAC-2 that includes S-video, composite and component ins and outs. It's more $$ than the Sony, however.
