I'm doing my first documentary. I've been shooting in 1080-50i (AVCHD). Running 9.0d 64 bit on Windows 7, i7-920, 6 GB.

The client has the following requirements (broadcasts in both HD and SD):

SD : 576i/25. Delivery format: Digital Betacam or DVCPRO50
HD: 720p/50 (preferred), but 1080p/25, 1080i/25 also acceptable. Delivery format: HDcam SR or DVCPRO HD

It might seem like a no-brainer, but I'm quite new to all this and would like to avoid obvious pitfalls. Could anyone recommend a suitable workflow?
