I'm looking to set up a desktop and laptop for Vegas Pro 16.

Being new to Windows, I'm a bit lost on hardware. (Living in the Mac world, I always just bought the iMac or MacBook Pro.

Are there any resources to help a good laptop and off-the-shelf desktop?
