If I record a game, playing 900p, can I render the video in 1080p without difference?OBS recorder record the game at 1080p,if I am playing in 900p,it would look bad?

If you have recorded it with OBS in 1080p, you should see how it looks!?
It doesn't matter in which resolution you are playing

Though playing at 900p and recording at 1080 will be decent video quality it is not going to provide the same quality as playing and recording at 1080.

If you're system and/or video card can't play at decent frame rates at 1080 then by all means record at 900.

For example I recorded this Battlefield 4 hack/cheater at 720p. if you expand the screen to a 1080 monitor you'll see pixelation. 900p will be better slightly quality but still have some pixelation.

Vs game play of another cheater at 1080 (not my video):

These two sentences belong together!
Of course there is a difference whether you play in 900 or 1080,
but he has recorded in 1080p and wants to render in 1080p
