Is that capability part of the program, or must one have the knowledge and skill to enter the program code and make those modifications?

Its built into the application and it comes with decent help. Actually rather easy to change add/remove fields. You pick from various built in tables or just a couple clicks depending on what you want to change. What I liked about it also is you can add/delete fields midsteam without having to start over. I was just looking at the site myself and it seems they just released an improved version.

Yes, I noticed the new version and downloaded the demo. We'll see how much dmage I can do, having *never* used a database before.
