Recording instruments & vocals

Hey all,
I have Sony Vegas movie Studio Platinum 9, which includes Sony Music Studio 6. My question / is there an audio interface that I can purchase to add music I record myself ?
I currently use Cubase SE3 for recording with a Lexicon Lambda audio interface, but Sony does not support this.
Any help would be great, thanks.
Jim.

I don't understand the question. If you've "recorded" the music .. how did you record it, what format did you use, and where is it stored?

OR .. did you meant you want to record "live" into the computer? .. but, apparently, you already can do this. Why can't you just import the files into Vegas?

Thanks for the reply, the music I have recorded so far I used Cubase
and then did what you mentioned / imported into Vegas. But seeing that there are going to be severval different music parts changing as I add more video clips I just thought I could try to take advantage of the Acid Music Studio built-in to Vegas instead of going back & forth from Vegas to Cubase, thats all.
