Doing some basic multitrack recording on a laptop with the built in sound card. Going in thru the line-in.

When I record a second track (lead) to go over a rhythm section it is way off in terms of sync. Delayed by seconds.
Saw some threads here talking about latency. Used the classic windows drivers. No Luck. No ASIO drivers on my pc as it is a no frills laptop.
