My old laptop died, and I'd like to upgrade my perpetual Vegas Pro 21 to the new 22 on my new laptop. However I lost the password and when I request one and click the link, it takes me to a page that says, "The used forgotten-password link is not valid". I've tried several times, and with a different browser, and I always get the same message. I sent an email to support, but it said a response can take 24-48 hours. Any ideas to hopefully get it installed this weekend? Thank you.
