The other day I was watching the History channel - and Ive started noticing this technique they do in many of their shows with pics - They can take a photo - usually its old and somehow make the characters stand out from the background - giving the illusion that the picture has depth. I was wondering if I could recreate this with Vegas and if so how. Its a really nice effect for pictures. Ill look on youtube to see if I can find an example of what im talking about..hopefully someone here watches the channel and knows what im talking about
