Red Line at end of Clips

Okay, Okay I give up. My mind is FINALLY gone.

Please remind me what the *&^%$! the red line means at the end of a clip and what is the name of switch in Options>Preferences>Internal that can show or not show these things?

Man, if I knew some nouns I might be dangerous.

Help!

The red line indicates your frame boundary does not quantize to frames (dependend on what you set your timeline ruler).

In the internal preferences look for the term "quantize" and disable this option again if you dislike it (I doubt it could have been enabled if not you did it within the internal menu).
Actually in the Vegas versions before version 9 I used to enable this option to be sure I did not accidently use clips in the timeline which does not quantize to frames.

Marco! Thanks! I COULD NOT for the life of me remember that it was "quantization." Whew, it's hell to get old. Thanks, I've set the switch to "True" and all is well.
