I am attempting to contact Magix support via Magix website. I repeatedly get the following error: "Unfortunately there was an error during sending your request, please try again later." Using Google Chrome, all fields completed. Perhaps someone from Magix can get this fixed and also get my query addressed? The message I was trying to send is pasted below.
Hi. In september 2014 I reported to Sony that r3d files from Red Dragon was not working even though listed as suported by Sony in Vegas 13..Dragon r3d is working in Vegas 14, but unfortunately still not with up to date Red color science. Red has already sold a small number of Weapon cameras with helium sensors, general sales are expected to start this month. I have tried a Red helium 8k r3d file, Vegas does not open it. My questions are 1) will Vegas pro 14 soon support the current Dragon color science from Red and 2) will the software be upgraded promptly to support Red Helium?
