If cam is not moving,and you are not wanting to remove just blur it,  simply mask object and add blur. May need to duplicate on another track cant remember, if you want to remove it, thats another story

What do you mean by "redact"? If you mean blur out a face or license plate, etc. there's a "witness protection" tool that does it. However, it renders so incredibly slowly, it's almost unusable.

Next time I'll duplicate the track, blur it and use a mask.
