Redeeming Voucher

I have logged in to the software, requested the information through email. After receiving the information for the software, I logged back in, and enter the voucher code and it comes up not valid. I cannot access the software. Vegas Movie Studio, Windows 10. Please advise. Thanks.

This is the Vegas Pro audio forum. You probably want the Vegas Movie Studio forum, But your best bet is to contact the Vegas Customer Service Sales Team which handles issues of this type.

The Magix (Vegas) forums are a peer network and not staffed by Magix employees, The moderators do not have access to customer serial numbers and other data either.
