All your DVDs created in DVDA ,or come to it burnt in on DVD writers burning to DVD "General" data discs, will be region free. (You can't region specify in the authoring & burning)

If you want them to be region locked you'll have to get the disc replicated.

Too true. What is the magic number for replication down there in the US? Up here it is 300 to get the glass master included. Actually is economical to fill an order for 200 at a decent charge back unit price and toss the extra discs. Beats the heck out of sitting by a 3 or 4 banger and feeding it discs or paying my poor mother-in-law to do it!

You can author as normal for all regions then using a program called
IFOEDIT change the region flag bits from the default 00 to FD for
region 2 only. See a past thread........

Using the hexedit function of IFOEDIT make the change then burn your
DVD. Keep in mind that if you make any changes to the project, you will
need to change the flag bits again.
