Keep in mind that it usually takes several days for credits & debits to be processed. What you've probably seen so far is the debit for the original purchase just occurring now. The credit should appear back in your account shortly. Most likely the reason you can't register now is because SonicFoundry probably disabled your serial number when you requested the refund. Give it a couple more days for the credit to show up. If it takes longer than that then you should inform your credit card company or give SonicFoundry's customer service another call.
