Registering Beta of DVD

I have been using the Vegas 4.0 beta and will buy it---I wanted to play with the DVD ARchitect Beta---I downloaded it and then tried to regsiter it but I couldn't connect to the server----is the server down or is to late to play with the BETA of DVD Architect---
