I haven't done that in a long time, but i recall that the process generates a small .html file that you copy to a floppy disk and then open in a browser on a computer that does have 'net access. There shouldn't be any choices at all.

That's what happened with the DVDA3, Kelly. But I've tried to create that file for V6 four times and keeps taking me to a page that asks which product do I want to register. None of the new apps are even listed!

Both DVDA3 and V6 worked for me Jay - generated the html which I transferred to my internet PC with a Memory stick - opening it took me straight to Sony's registration page and a couple of clicks later, I had to wait about 20 secs for an email with the Activation code - saved this to the memory stick, back to Vegas PC, pasted into the box and all was sweet.

The file it generated was called "Register Vegas.htm"
