i just recently upgraded my computer with a fresh install of windows xp pro. i have had to re register all my SF apps including vegas, sound forge, acid, and siren. my serial #'s worked fine. i used the "register from another computer" option as my studio pc is not connected to the internet. first, i noticed, the emails i got from sonic foundry, all the registery files were the same name. so i had to save them all in a their own folder as to not change the name. well, i took those back to my studio pc, clicked on them, opened my apps, and i still get the register dialogue box. i even tried entering the activation codes manually for each app, still no go. this sucks! as if the registry process wasnt already a pain. any ideas?
