Registration/Activation Fails for different reasons

Hello,

When I tried to activate my product (Vegas Movie Studio 16 Suite) when launching the software using a serial number I think I may have already used a year or two ago, it says that the number is already registered. I thought that may be the case.

So I went to manage my serial numbers on the Magix site. That number was not listed as a product that was already registered. I tried to then activate my product online through the Magix site, but it said that the serial number was not yet registered. It's almost like the number doesn't exist, or even maybe was given to someone else somehow who is using it.

I'm a little confused and not sure if this is the right place to ask this question, but I also can't find anywhere else to ask it or open a ticket for support.

Any help is much appreciated.
