Reinstall after a format

We originally purchased Movie Studio Platinum (v10 I believe). A couple of years ago, we purchased via download v11. I recently had to reformat my PC and am in the process of reinstalling my apps. Do I need to reinstall v10 again, then do the same upgrade to 11 using the downloaded version? Or can I just install v11 that I downloaded? Would they both use the same serial number for activation? Not sure if I have a serial number for the v11 that was downloaded.

The versions are independent. You can obtain the serial numbers for any version you registered on your account page.

Vegas is a standalone application, meaning each version installs independently.
You may have either 10 or 11, or both on your system.
As such, each version has its own, unique serial number.
You cannot install one version using the serial number for another version.
Click Forum Settings, then My Software to retrieve serial numbers for all software you have registered with Sony.
