Reinstalled secondary Color corrector missing ?

Hi Guys

I had a Motherboard fail on me and had it replaced for the exact same model and had to reinstall vista and all my other programs. I installed VMSP8.0 and upgraded to 8.0b with no problems but I see now that the secondary color corrector is missing, and for some reason capturing off my HC7 is not going to Project media tab ? I've let support no about this but it is almost 24 hours with no response.

Thanks in advance..

Well the level of service I've had until now has been nothing short of SHOCKING, it has been 48 hours since I queried the problem above over at support and no answers. Does any body from Sony service these boards because my question has also gone unanweswred here aswell ? I'm pretty much sitting with a registered TRAIL version of the software I bought ?

JMF, from what I know, the Secondary Color tool is only for Vegas Pro, not Vegas Movie Studio. It seems that you had Vegas Pro installed, not Movie Studio. So I don't think there's anything missing from there.

The comparison chart http://www.sonycreativesoftware.com/products/product.asp?PID=446&PageID=89 indicates that Studio Platinum only has the primary color corrector, not the secondary one. So as Eugenia says if you saw a secondary color corrector then you must have had the full Pro version installed.

Don't worry about the project media tab. Find the clips in the explorer window and use them from there. As soon as you put them on the timeline they'll automatically be added to project media, or you can manually drag them there yourself.
