It sort of depends. Are you uninstalling Vegas? If yes, are you going to delete the Vegas folder afterwards? If yes to that, then you would be required to reinstall any scripts. It won't hurt to simply reinstall them anyway.

As for DirectX plug-in's, they should not need to be reinstalled.
