Is there any way to remove all crossfades that are already in a project at once. I looked for a way to do this but I couldn't find how.
Short answer: Yes
Longer answer, are these crossfades from events overlapping? Or are they crossfades/dissolves on individual events? Just recently on these forums we posted a script to add a 1 second dissolve to all selected events. That could easily be changed to a 0 second dissolve if they are individual events.
However, if the events are overlapping, it can still be done. But HOW is it to be handled?

I guess you found the option to change each one at a time. (CTRL + Num / ) So I assume a script could expand on this, but Jetdv is the script guy.
