Hello, I have footage that was shot at 29.97 psf mode, and Vegas 10e reads it as 59.94. I've set the project properties to 29.97, but I suspect it's not as easy as that as the footage has what appears to be a lot of ghosting when there's movement. The frame rate being played back on the external monitor is reported as 30fps by fraps (I'm sure it's just rounding to the nearest whole number).

Is there anything else I should do to the footage to make sure that the format isn't being mucked up? Transcoding it first perhaps? If so, what's a good app/walkthrough for transcoding from 59.94 to 29.97?
