You might like to post a frame so we can see the extent of the problem----presuming that this is a post question. There are ways to mask the glare but since the eyes are there as well it is not likely to be very successful.

If the glare has saturated to white, the best you could do is fill in from neighboring portions, along the lines of object removal in photos. The problem though would be that although you can fill in with similarly coloured and textured material in a still photo, in a video you would also have to maintain time continuity in the fill material from frame to frame. This sounds like a job for a specialist video plugin.

You might be able to do it with Davinci Resolve tracking the glasses and isolating the color for replacement.  Or you could use Mocha and clean plates.
