I recently took some quick videos with a PnS camera using the video mode of a fire near home. There is a lot of glare in the video from the headlights. I tried looking around here and in SVMS 11 but cant seem to find a way to remove or reduce the glare/flare.

I fairly new to video editing so sorry if I sound like a total amature (because I am)

Edit: File format is .mov. Any ideas would be helpful.
