This is gonna sound like a stupid question but for the life of me I cant figure out how to rename pages (menus)

I have a project with 15 menus and they are all called Menus under (menu1).. its getting a little confusing.

I know its probally a simple answer, so your response if you find it kind to help out is much appreciated.
