render 5.1 mono tracks at 48KHz?

I want to render my 5.1 mix I created into individual wav files at 48KHz but Vegas only supports this option at 44KHz. I want to use these to encode DTS with surcode. I don't want to go ac3>wav>DTS, thats stupid. And I don't want to take my original 48KHz mix > 44KHz mono files > reencode to 48KHz mono files > DTS Surcode.

Ant suggestions?

In the render 'save as' dialogue box, click on the button that says 'custom' and change the bit depth/sample rate settings in there as required.

You can then save your own preset.

Its one of the templates in the render as dialogue. Select format as .wav and select template that says mono, all busses. But it only lists 44 as the rate, not 48. I'll try your suggestion when I get home. Thanks.

Cheers, I just read the help file on rendering 5.1 and figured it out :) So simple, but not immediatley obvious!

An I have also now created my own 24b/48kHz profile - it does work, rendering six 24/48 files.

Alright! Can't wait to try that out. I'll let you know if it works for me.
