Render a project to a VCR Tape?

I am using a Dazzle Hollywood DV-Bridge that is connected to a VCR recorder. How do you output a project so that the VCR can record the Project when completed?

Render to avi using the NTSC DV template.

Play the file back in the Video Capture tool and record
onto to the vhs tape from the Bridge's analog outputs
